Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Padejo, a social app for padel players to create profiles, connect with other players, follow clubs, and share padel moments.

By creating an account or using Padejo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Padejo is operated by Init5 BV, established at Visésteenweg 28A, 3770 Riemst, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0747.737.663. Padejo may currently be published through the Apple Developer account of Davy Neven while Apple account details are being aligned. You can contact us at neven.davy@gmail.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Padejo. If the law where you live requires you to be older to use online services, you must meet that age requirement.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account. You must provide accurate account and profile information and keep your sign-in method secure.

You may not use another person's account or impersonate another person, club, organization, or entity.

User Content

Padejo lets users create, upload, and share content, including profile information, photos, videos, comments, reactions, and padel moments.

You keep ownership of content you submit. By submitting content to Padejo, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, and provide the app.

You are responsible for the content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share it.

If you make content available through public or shared app features, you understand that other users may view and interact with that content according to the app's functionality.

Visibility of Content

Some content may be visible to other users depending on your app settings and the feature used. Uploaded media may be stored at public file URLs, meaning anyone with the URL may be able to access that media.

Do not upload content that you do not want others to see.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content
• Post content that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights
• Upload malware, spam, scams, or misleading content
• Scrape, copy, or misuse app data
• Interfere with the operation or security of the app
• Use Padejo to harass, stalk, or harm another person
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization

Moderation

We may review, hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts that we believe violate these Terms, create risk, or may harm users or the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for repeated or serious violations.

Clubs and Player Information

Club information may be based on public sources, user submissions, or manual curation. We do not guarantee that club names, locations, descriptions, logos, or other club details are complete or accurate.

Third-Party Services

Padejo uses third-party services for authentication, hosting, database, file storage, and related infrastructure. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Third-party sign-in providers, such as Apple, Google, or Facebook, are responsible for their own services.

No Emergency or Professional Use

Padejo is for social and recreational use. It is not intended for emergency communication, safety-critical communication, professional advice, coaching advice, medical advice, or legal advice.

App Store Terms

If you downloaded Padejo from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms only as required by applicable App Store rules.

Disclaimers

Padejo is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. We are not responsible for user content, except where required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Padejo and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

You may stop using Padejo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued access may create risk for users, the app, or third parties.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or by other reasonable means.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Any disputes about the validity, performance, or interpretation of these Terms will be handled by the competent courts in Belgium, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
