Padejo is a social app for padel players to create profiles, connect with other players, follow clubs, and share padel moments.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Padejo collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Padejo is operated by Init5 BV, established at Visésteenweg 28A, 3770 Riemst, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0747.737.663. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create or use an account, we collect information needed to authenticate you and operate your account, including:

• Email address
• Authentication provider information, if you sign in with a third-party provider such as Apple, Google, or Facebook
• User ID and session information

Profile Information

You may provide profile information, including:

• Username
• Full name
• Profile photo
• Home club
• Bio
• Padel level

Other authenticated users may be able to see parts of your profile.

Content You Create

We collect and store content you create or interact with in the app, including:

• Padel moments and captions
• Photos or videos you choose to upload
• Comments
• Reactions
• Friend requests and friendships
• Club follows or memberships
• Tags and share links

Some content may be visible to other users depending on the visibility option selected in the app. Uploaded media may be stored at public file URLs, meaning anyone with the URL may be able to access that media.

You are responsible for making sure that content you upload does not violate another person's privacy, image rights, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights.

Photos and Media

If you choose to upload a profile photo or moment media, the app may ask for access to your photo library. Padejo only accesses media that you select for upload. We do not scan your photo library.

Technical and Security Information

Our service providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect the app, such as:

• Device and app information
• IP address
• Log data
• Authentication and security events

We do not use this information for advertising tracking.

Support Communications

If you contact us, we may collect your email address and the information you include in your message so we can respond.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and manage accounts
• Authenticate users
• Display profiles, clubs, friendships, comments, reactions, and moments
• Store and deliver uploaded media
• Provide social and sharing features
• Prevent abuse and protect the app

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information in the following ways:

• With other users, when you create a profile, post content, comment, react, follow a club, or connect with friends
• With service providers that host, store, authenticate, or process data for the app

Service Providers

Padejo uses Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage. Supabase may process account, profile, content, media, log, and technical data on our behalf.

If you use a third-party sign-in provider, that provider processes your sign-in according to its own privacy policy.

Data Retention

We keep account, profile, and content information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. We may retain some information for a limited period after deletion if needed for security, backup, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting neven.davy@gmail.com.

Some content may remain if retention is required by law, if it has already been shared with others, or if removal would affect the rights and safety of other users. Where possible, we will delete or de-identify your personal information.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to data portability or to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Children

Padejo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or by other reasonable means.
